Shipping Info

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery as we make each piece to order to ensure maintenance of high quality standards. You will receive an email confirming the order and delivery date once placed an order.

We offer free delivery in the UAE through FedEx.

We offer international/worldwide shipping through FedEx. The shipping charges will be in the checkout page when you fill in your order details. For more information, please email us at orders@thefibonacciseries.ae

Please note that we are not responsible for the customs, duties or taxes in your country.

Upon delivery, the signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 years of age, at the delivery address, is required for all orders. You acknowledge that any person taking delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.

Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding 15 business days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be reported to us by email at orders@thefibonacciseries.ae within 30 days of the shipping date.

Treat Someone

All our items are shipped in a jewelry box with a jewelry pouch.

If you are treating someone and would like to enclose a small card with a written message, please specify this in the order note box in the shopping cart along with a request for a gift receipt instead of the regular receipt OR please send us an email at orders@thefibonacciseries.ae requesting for the same.
