Care of Your Jewelry
The Fibonacci Series jewelry is made with the finest materials and the highest care and workmanship. Properly cared for The Fibonacci Series pieces may be collected and passed down for generations to come.
To ensure you maintain the value and beauty of your jewelry, clean your pieces at least once or twice a year, store them properly, and wear them carefully. This will keep the gemstones and metals sparkling.
Below are some care instructions and tips:
- As a general rule, find a routine on how and where you place your jewelry, when you are not wearing it. Every piece should have it’s home.
- Always store your pieces separately from each other. Diamonds are hard enough to scratch metals or other stones, and pearls are easily scratched.
- Wipe your jewelry regularly using a special jewelry cleaning cloth.
- For a more thorough cleaning, soak your jewelry (except for pieces with enamel, e-coating, pearls or rhodium plating) in a bowl with lukewarm water and a few drops of non-detergent soap for approximately 10 minutes to remove any build-up and skin oils.
- Wear your jewelry after spraying any perfumes or colognes.
- Protect your jewelry from any potentially harsh chemicals: remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and beauty products.
- Always remove your jewelry before engaging in any cleaning activities that may result in the use of cleaning agents or harsh use of your hands (if you are wearing rings)
- Any time you are traveling, please use the included jewelry pouch (our gift to you) to store your pieces when you are away from home.
- Protect your jewelry from exposure to extreme temperatures, as this may affect the color of the stones and may weaken or crack any other finishing such as rhodium plating and enamels.
