Return Policy

We at The Fibonacci Series want you to be fully satisfied with the workmanship and quality of your purchase. You may return your item in original condition (unworn and undamaged) directly to us for any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt (delivery date) for exchange or store credit towards another item, accompanied by the authorization received by us. 

You may return any online purchase by clearly informing us by sending an email to orders@thefibonacciseries.ae of your intention to do so prior to returning the product to us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your receipt of the product(s):

Once we receive your product we will notify of the acceptance or the rejection of the return.

Enjoy the onetime complimentary shipping on returns and exchange per purchase. 

If you return the products using your own means and at your own expense, it is recommended you keep proof of return by registered post or by any other method which provides a record of the shipping date. You must insure the parcel against loss and theft for the value of the contents. We shall not be held liable for the loss or theft of products returned by you using your own means. Please find below more details on returns procedures.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the website. If you have exchanged the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference.

Please note exchanges are accepted for one time only per purchase.

Return Process

Please send us an email request for return/exchange with your purchase details such as transaction/invoice number to orders@thefibonacciseries.ae

We will inform you of the acceptance/rejection of your request for return/exchange by email.

If your request is accepted, we will email you a FedEx return label for you to arrange the shipping.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards or gift vouchers purchased

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thefibonacciseries.ae. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
